Documents can be served globally and Australia wide by our network of very professional and experienced agents, even to the most remote areas. Black Widow Investigations serves documents in many areas such as government and other investigation agencies, solicitors, and clients from the private sector.
We provide you with a service - when and wherever you want it.
We go that extra mile. Our work is always conducted ethically and legally, keeping in mind our Code of Conduct. We have a reputation of being the process servers you can always rely on, by providing you with same day service. We achieve success by using our nearly 40 years' experience, using our talents, and working outside business hours so we succeed when others have failed. We provide you with regular progress reports and most documents are returned to you within less than a week so that there is no late service or matters left outstanding.
Documents can be prepared, filed, served, and returned to you by simply sending us an email, saving you time and relief from stress wtih urgent matters.
Black Widow Investigations offers an additional service where we can draw and engross your documents for court. Once they have been filed and served, they are then returned to your office with immaculate and accurate sworn affidavits that meet the requirements of all relevant Courts.
Staff from Black Widow Investigations can personally collect documents from your office and file them in all court jurisdictions. Or you can take advantage of our state of the art computer system where you can scan in PDF format, and forward your documents to us via the Internet.
A Divorce Application which must be served within 28 days of the Court hearing date, is usually personally served by process servers globally, and in Australia these matters are handled either in the Family Court or the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
The acknowledgement of service signed by the Respondent is then returned to you along with the sworn affidavit of the process service, ready for filing in the relevant Court on behalf of the Applicant. If the Respondent refuses to sign the acknowledgement of service, the sworn affidavit acts as evidence or proof of the service.
Black Widow Investigations often prefers a photograph of the person to help us identify the person, and our very talented and professional process servers know how to resolve any possible conflicts that may arise. Often a Respondent may deny their identity or refuse to accept service of these documents, so these documents are then dropped at their feet, and a sworn affidavit of the service will be provided by the process server as proof of service.
If we have been unable to effect service we can apply to the relevant Court for an order for Substituted Service if a person appears to be avoiding service. This can also include Facebook service where family law and other documents are served, electronically, Australia wide and globally.
The Privacy Act 2000 (Cth) is also taken into consideration in relation to the strict confidentiality of all our work, as we are fully aware of the importance of security and discretion at all times. Under the National Privacy Principles, Black Widow Investigations does protect the privacy of your personal information.
Black Widow Investigations charges the standard court rates as determined by each Court, and we do our best to keep all the costs down so we communicate regularly with all of our many clients who can often facilitate the service, by supplying us with information such as identity of the person, their place of employment, or the most appropriate time to catch them.
We are happy to negotiate the fee if you consider the price to be too high.
